Hot Runner Heaters

Available in compact structure, our high watt density coil heaters (even heating, Watts Per Sq. inch are Equal) can be installed with ease. Having compact surface, which results in exceptionally high levels of thermal conductivity, our coil heaters can be used in hot runner molds. These heaters have optimal insulation, which ensures long life of the heater. We also meet the requirements of high wattages, good heat transfer and smaller installation area. Apart from this, we also offer high watt density cartridge heaters, ceramic, mica band heaters, tubular heaters and finned tubular heaters.

With the assistance of IR heaters, the infra heat is directly transmitted in the form of electromagnetic ray, at a velocity of approx. 3, 00,000 Km/sec i. e at the speed of light. IR is not only the fastest form of heat but is also suitable for particularly demanding applications like vacuum technology and clean room applications. Infrared Heat acts quickly and directly on product and is particularly economical source of energy compared to other heat sources. Short wave emitters are apt for all applications in which the attainment of high temperature in the shortest possible time counts.

Hot Runner Systems

Our company is engaged in manufacturing and trading hot runner systems. They are built from 1 to 2 * 48 cavities. To ensure the uniform cavity filling we have designed manifold with melt channels of equal length and size. They are designed to keep the melt channel of the nozzle at a uniform operating temperature and offer a 2.5 % variations of the melt temperature along the whole length of the hot runner system melt channel. These can be used with a wide range of materials including PBT and PVC and it removes the problems related with heat witness marks around the gate area.

We use latest microprocessor technology due to which these versatile systems can easily control hot runner zones and handle any voltage requirement. We offer plug interchangeable modular systems microprocessor based self-tuning temperature controller.
